how to make the pages not continuous like below. I cannot find the solution on google. I want to make the pages separate from each other

Go to File>Options>Display and check the box for "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view"

Position your cursor on the line between the pages so it changes to this:

Then double-click there.

Alternatively, go to File > Options > Display and check the box for "Show white space between pages in the Print Layout view".
