Hello I have recurring MS 365 subscription which was supposed to renew today I got a first email that my subscription was renewed but then I got a second email that the credit charge was unsuccessful when I went to my account page to remedy this it says that I am fully paid and my next subscription billing is 2022 how do I verify that my subscription is updated or how do I pay in case it is not? Thank you.
