Hi,

I cannot access the admin center of microsoft. I get an error message that This site can’t be reached

admin.microsoft.com took too long to respond. I am a global administrator. This happend after trynig to add a domain to our account

This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident MO320759, Start time: Thursday, February 3 2022, 2:28 PM.

Title: Users may be unable to access the admin portal

User Impact: Some users may be unable to access the admin portal.

Current status: We've identified a recent service update designed to improve user experience is causing impact. We're reverting the offending update to resolve the impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are hosted in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/servicehealth

For affected customers to easily identify the information here, this thread will be closed. We will update to the thread once the issue is resolved or you can obtain the most recent information from SHD.
