"Something went wrong" code CAA50024

Hi, i want to know if this problem is provocated for having the last version of the windows system (Windows11) or if tis related to my study account wich is the case, i also try to repair the application but because of my system there's not a version to repair my Windows version.

i really would appreciate the help, thanks.

    Considering this issue should be related to Azure, in this situation, I would suggest you contact the Office 365 administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the articlefor further help. The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case. It may be the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.

    hi again, i dont have the possibility of do this because the same error is shown to me whenever i try to link my school account, so i dont really know what is the problem here, thanks again.

    Thank you for posting in this community and I am sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

    In this case, you may try the following steps on your Windows.

    1. Go to settings
    2. Click Accounts
    3. ClickAccess work or school
    4. Click your work/school account
    5. Click Disconnect

    Then open any Office app and sign in your account again in Office and make sure “Allow My Organization To Manage My Device” is checked**.** Then, click Yes to see the result.
