Excel rows uneven

I'm working in Excel and somehow the rows are no longer even? How do I fix this? One row is pushed down and it's pushing everything down with it. How do I fix this?

I've included a screenshot of what I mean. I need A and B to match up and Row B is pushed down one, pushing everything down with it.

Any help would be much appreciated otherwise it will be hours of work to fix this

thanks!

Do you mean that Dale Murray should be up in cell B134 alongside 18 in column A? If so, select cell B134 -> Right click -> Delete -> Shift cells up. All cells in column B should move up.
