I transferred my excel file to another system and after the opening that, the below problem occured.

All the tables in the pivot table report has been disabled and I can change the parameters in these tables.

Is there any solution for this problem? for example before the transfer the file I could change the column and row data but now these table are look like a normal table and I cant do anything with that!

    Hi HamedSalamat,

Thanks for querying in Microsoft Community.

It sounds like your pivot table report get disabled after being transferred to another system.

To help us further isolate this issue, a few matters we need to confirm:

    1. What is the target system?
    2. Is the Office on the targeted system the latest version? (You could go to File -- Account to check and update.)
    3. Have you checked and confirmed that if the file corrupted during transferring?

At the same time, you may consider the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Press and hold Windows + R -- enter: excel /safe -- enter the Excel safe mode to check the usage. If it is normal, check File – Options -- Add-ins -- COM add-ins -- uncheck all add-ins – OK -- restart Excel.
    2. Open Excel in normal mode, File -- Options – Advanced – Display -- check Disable hardware graphics acceleration -- click Apply and confirm, and then confirm the problem.
    3. Set the default printer as the virtual printer Microsoft print to pdf.
    4. Click Start > Settings > Application > Applications&Features > find your Office > choose Modify > Online repair. The repair may take some time. Please wait patiently and as the online repair is completed, try again to see if the problem still exists.

    Repair an Office application (microsoft.com)

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
