Has anyone seen the lock feature in PowerPoint's Selection Pane?
There was an Office Insider Feature Deep Dive article on it back in May 2021, and I keep seeing it talked up on the web, but I don't have it. I'm updated to Version 2110 (Build 14527.20234 Click-to-Run), reportedly the latest version of Office 365 for Windows.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on the description, it seems like you are in the latest version of the current channel. See: Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date) - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs. From our tests, the feature did not appear in PowerPoint 2110 (Build 14527.20234).
However, the feature works fine in the latest version of the Beda channel. See my screenshots.
In this situation, we may be sorry to convey that this feature is only released to users who attend the Office Insider Program and currently it is only available for the Beta channel instead of the Current Channel. Kindly check this article to get the feature: Join the Office Insider Program (microsoft.com).

I have 2110 (Build 14527.20234) as well and I'm not seeing it either. Not on the Insider track, so that must be the difference.
We don't have that exact version but we do have 365 Apps for Enterprise and we see it there too. We are signed up for the Office insider program so ,that could be the difference maybe.
Yes, unless "Apps for business" makes it a different version?
I have the same version and it is definitely there for me.
