I have an account and want to register a second device, my lenova laptop but the page is saying serial number is not recognised. I have an HP laptop already registered, can't I register a second laptop?

Hi David,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The Serial No. recognition is for Microsoft deices like a Surface.

To register your device on your Microsoft Account, log into Windows 10 with your Microsoft Account, then access the Microsoft Store App with that same Microsoft Account

That device will then automatically be added to your Microsoft Account, it may not happen immediately, but it will happen automatically.
