We want to use the comments feature in Notes view. We created a storyboard template using PPT with notes "fields" for different designers. But we want reviewers to be able to comment using the built-in comment feature. Can you help? The New Comment button is disabled when in notes view.

Unfortunately, the Comment feature is disabled in the Notes Pages view by default.
There is no solution to enable the Comment feature with that view.
I would recommend you work under Outline view instead, which allow you to insert comment.
