Hello.

I bought a new PC and it came with a 1 year subscription to Microsoft 365, but when I try to activate it, it says "Let's try that's again" and it asks me for a license key. I don't have a key, since the license came with the PC, so I can't activate it.

This forum is a user-to-user support forum. My name is Charles and I am a fellow user with decades of experience using Microsoft Word. I have written extensively on using Word and have authored help articles on the Microsoft site.

You'll need to contact the manufacturer of the computer for help with this. They usually have support pages dealing with it.
