Microsoft Authenticator - new phone

Hello,

I've got new phone, old was android, new is also android.
RSA and Chrome MFA tokens switched without problems, however Microsoft Authenticator is a disaster.

I've imported profiles via cloud, but each key need to be confirmed. I have no idea where I can confirm it.
Each solution found is outdated, and https://aka.ms/mfasetup leads me nowhere.

I have multiple clients' portals I need to use it, and somehow I cannot request QR code for new phone's profiles.
I'm still using my old phone just for it...

    Hello Marcin

I'm Diane, a Microsoft 365 Apps & Services MVP and I'll try to help you today.

Smart man for keeping your old phone - a lot of people come here asking for help because they traded in their phones immediately and don't have a backup.

You will need log into each portal and get a new QR code. It's usually under the account or change password links. If the site lets you use multiple authenticators (many do), set it up in both MS and another one.

Restoring from iCloud has never really worked for me - I needed to use Authy for a couple of sites that require it and put all of my other sites in it as a backup. It syncs everything between the devices its installed on. It's not as convenient as the MS authenticator because it only gives me a code option, but I don't risk not being able to log in if something happens to my phone.
