You'd have to enclose the option buttons in the same row in a Group Box. That way, they will act as a group.
But it doesn't look very nice...

I am making a checklist in Excel using radio buttons. When I add new buttons, and then click on them, the buttons in the row above also react. I cannot have a button selected in each row - selecting one turns the other off. What am I doing wrong?
