Exchange Login Issue

Microsoft Exchange does not recognize my e-mail address. It's a correct e-mail address that still works on my phone. However, when I try to sign on via Outlook on my laptop, I'm prompted for a password and what I believe is the correct password does not work. When I try to sign on to Exchange to rest the password, Microsoft responds that the e-mail account does not exist.

How do I fix this?
