Microsoft Project Download Issues

I just bought a surface pro X with Windows 11 Home and am trying to download Miscrosoft Project 2019 for a class. When I try to download I get an error message that says 'Your software is not compatible". I paid for Project and downloaded it but can not install it. What am I doing wrong?

    Sorry for the inconvenience the problem caused for you.

    Based on your description, when you try to download MS Project 2019, an error will pop up.

    To help you better, could you please provide some information for me?

    1. Please provide a full screenshot of the error message for me.
    2. Where did you download the MS Project app, from Online, or Microsoft Store?
    3. Which version of MS Project you bought? Did you get product key when you bought it?
