Import txt file into cloud-based Excel

I am using a Chromebook with a cloud-based Microsoft Office.

In cloud-based Excel, it appears I cannot load a txt file, and transform the data as I can in non-cloud-based Excel.

Does anyone have any insight into this? Am I missing something? Is this really not possible?

Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.

I understand your inquiry, the feature to import a txt file into a workbook on Excel Online is not available. It is only available on Excel client (when you purchase an Office license).
