Sync conflicts grayed out

Hi,

I have a problem with a Grayed out in OneDrive. I was looking for a solution on the Microsoft website, but none of the existing solutions circulating in the network brought the expected result. I would like to change the option related to sychronization. Currently it looks like in the attached screenshot. Ps. I am using Microsoft 365

    Based on your description, we understand that your OneDrive Sync Conflict Section Grayed out.

    Given the screenshot, if devices mentioned above are in your office, the "greyed out issue" may be related to Group Policy settings in your tenant. You may contact your IT, let him check the Coauthoring and in-app sharing for Office files section in this article. If the setting is disabled, he can choose to enable it via Group Policy according to your company's policy.
