Visio file now missing white background

Hi,

I've been working on a Visio file and made some change which has removed the white background to the flowchart I'm doing. Can anyone advise how I get it back?

Apologies if this is a silly question, but I'm new to Visio.

Also, how do you get a multi page Visio diagram to fit on a single page? The fit-to-page function doesn't seem to be doing that.

If anyone can assist it would be really appreciated.

Regards,

:)

Dear Tractor7955,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft community.

May I confirm if you are using the Backgrounds feature like below?

You can use this feature to change the background color.

For your second question, you can hold the left button of your mouse and select the whole diagram, with the circle on the corners, you can change the sizes of the diagram.

If the scenario above doesn't consistent with yours, feel free to point out and I'll help you figure out.

Thanks for you cooperation, look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,

Sean Cai | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Thanks Sean.

I didn't specifically use the background button, but was able to (after a bit of tinkering), get the background back so all good on that front.

Thanks for the advice on shrinking the diagram as it did the trick perfectly.

Many thanks for your help and have a good day.
