HI,

I have just downloaded MicroSoft Office 365 and now in word I cannot find how to preview prior to printing. I've followed quite a few guides but without success. Also I can not open 2 excel files at the same time. I'd appreciate some advice with both these issues.

In both Word and Excel, the preview is in the Backstage Print view (File > Print):

You can open multiple documents in Excel, as long as they do not share the same file name. For example, trying to open an Excel file called "test" which is saved in the Documents folder will fail if you already have a file called workbook called "test" open (stored on the desktop, say).

Hi Gill, make sure your 'quick access toolbar' is showing>click on down arrow click on 'print preview'. If it is not showing>File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar.
