Power Point Presentation

Good afternoon....I've seen answers to the problem I am having but they are not helping me out. I am trying to edit a Power Point Presentation as it is being shown to an audience. I uncheck Presenter View and get to the point that on one screen I see the presentation running as a slideshow and the other screen are the individual slides. However, when I go to click on a slide to edit, the Slide Show Presentation (Animations) freeze until I click resume slide show. How do I avoid this and edit "On The Fly"?

Thanks

    Hello, Giumetts

Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I understand that you want to know if you can edit your presentation while the slide show don’t stop. I could share with you some of my thoughts on this issue.

Unfortunately, “avoid this and edit On The Fly” is currently unable to be implemented in PowerPoint. If you want to edit your presentation, the Slide Show Presentation (Animations) will definitely be frozen first. You can only resume the slide show after the editing is complete.

Feel free to post back if you have any additional questions.

    Best Regard,
