Phonetic Guide error

Question

hello I'm a college student with a Japanese Literature Major and I'm having a problem at the moment, every time i opened my modul from my teacher i always get this weird positioning and spacing with the phonetic guide, this is the example for the error :

and every time i tried to fix that phonetic guide, this popup always appear

these errors makes me pissed off, and because of that its really hard for me to do my assignment, task, etc.

please help me fix this, thank you for your assistance

Do you want to cancel the phonetic guide?

According to the contents of the error report pop-up window, it seems that the basic text to be modified is not selected.

Please try to select the basic text you need to modify in the phonetic guide operation interface.

well, its not like i want to modify it, i just want to make it allign between furigana and the kanji so it will be easier to read. and every time i tried to do that pop-up window appear
