First you set up your Table then click somewhere within it. Once you’ve done that see example below where you can see the Table Design tab

Thank you very much... It did not help. When I clicked a few cells, Table Design didn't open on the ribbon. See example below.

The reason for that is because you're not in a Table.

Look at the bottom right-hand corner of my image and compare it to the bottom right-hand corner of your image. Can you see the difference?

To create a Table click somewhere in the range you've shown (say cell B 3) then hit:-

CTRL + T

EXCEL will then pop up a window identifying your range (you can change this at this point if required) then hit:-

OK

Your Range will then be converted to a Table.

Now follow my previous instructions and I think you should now be OK.
