Embedded objects not opening in MS word.

Whenever I add an object (pdf, word, excel) file in a word file such as my assessment and then i submit it to my assessor. the object files inside the word document doesnt open. What should i do? This happens in every MS office version. I have installed again and again but problem not solved yet.

This issue can sometimes be caused by add-ins or background programs. One way to troubleshoot this issue is to open Word in safe mode. To do this, press CTRL while double-clicking to open Word. This can help check if the issue is caused by any add-ins in Word.

If the issue persists, you may want to try performing a clean boot on Windows to check if there are any background programs causing the issue. You may also want to temporarily turn off your antivirus software when performing a clean boot.
