I used OneDrive to sync photos from my iPhone.

However, one day I accidentally deleted my photo folder on OneDrive, and cleared the trash bin.

Then I tried to sync my photos again to OneDrive, but found that all photos previously uploaded, and deleted were not be upload again.

I tried to sync from another iPhone with same photos, but didn't work.

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance.

    Hello ,

Greetings for the day! I’m an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you and I'm glad to provide you information regarding your scenario.

The best way to reset the app in IOS device is it to uninstall and reinstall it.

    1. Uninstall the OneDrive app by pressing and holding the OneDrive app icon. Tap the 'X' in the corner and then accept the confirmation message to delete it.
    2. Perform a “soft reset” by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears.
    3. Reinstall the OneDrive app from the App Store.

Hope this information would be useful to you. Please feel free to get back if you need any additional info.
