"Oops, send failed. Please send again." error when trying to send MS Form via Outlook

This happens in MS Forms in my organisation when I'm trying to send the form via Outlook. It works fine if I choose Teams.

I have tried using multiple browsers, updating to the most latest versions, removing history, etc.

What else can I do to solve this? Thank you in advance.

    1. Does the problem happen on all the forms?
    2. Do your colleagues have the same problem for the form?
    3. If you create a new form, will the same problem happen?

    To not delay your work, you can copy the shared link and paste it directly in Outlook message.
