Error while using Webmail with Edge but not Chrome.

Hi Experts,

I got a problem with one of the Domain user who accessing Outlook Webmail (outlook.office.com) on a particular computer.

She got the error message below:

She can access the Webmail with Chrome but not Edge on that computer.

I can access my Webmail with both Edge and Chrome on that computer.

She can access the Webmail with both Chrome and Edge on other computers.

Is it possible to solve this problem?

    Hi Inema Elyse MSFT,

    Thanks for your information. I guess user's account already has exchange online license as she can access by Chrome or other computers. Just can't use Microsoft Edge on that particular computer.

    User agreed to use Chrome but not Edge to avoid reinstall the whole computer.

    So thanks again for your help and case closed.

    • May I please know that you face same situation when you try to use InPrivate Window?
    • May I please know if you tried to remove her saved email on edge browser? If no, kindly try to remove it then clear cache then re-add it again.
    • Could you Please let me know if you have attempted any troubleshooting?
