General Mail Failure

I have excel file which is connect to one drive , last time the share fucntion work well but i dont know there's error messages like above. i already update repair office but not works

    i already perform :

    • repair office with online repair
    • and set up outlook as default apps for opening email

    but didnt work

    Good day!!

    I understand your concern and would like to confirm whether the default mail app on your Windows is set to Outlook:

    In the Windows Search, search for Default apps and click on it> Search for Mail and click on it> See whether all file types in the Mail app are set to the Outlook

    If yes, then I would like to suggest you to restart your Windows device and try to check whether the file can be send as attachment without any error.

    If still the same, please perform the Online Repair to the Office apps and check the outcome. Reference: Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support

    If Online Repair didn’t work, can I know whether the problem is with specific Excel workbook or even with new Excel workbook stored in the cloud location?
