Error Code: CatalogNoMatchingProducts

Hi.

I purchase a laptop with Office Home & Student 2021 included. When I tried to activate Office with my Microsoft account, it shows "We can't set up your account right now" message with "Error Code: CatalogNoMatchingProducts"

Please help.

    Thank you for your response. In most cases, pre-installed Office does not have product key but it can be bind with the Microsoft account. Have you check on the services if it appears there that the office is tied with your Microsoft account?

    If none, you might need to contact the point of purchase of your laptop.

    Thank you for your advice.

    However, it still didn't work as I didn't receive any product key with the laptop. I don't know whether it is because it is already pre-installed on the laptop, and all I need is just activate it with my MS account.
