i've got a new laptop running windows 11 home Ive logged in and downloaded Apps from my 365 account screen, for some reason outlook is only showing up as the free version - word Excel etc are subscrived versiion. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times - same happens? very frustrating it has been 24 hours since I began trying to access my 365 account properly. What do I do?

    Per your description, Outlook is only showing up as the free version, Word and Excel are subscribed version. It seems that Outlook is not desktop application.

    To better understand the situation and ensure provide proper suggestions for you, I'd like to collect following information:

    1.May I know what is the name of your Office 365 subscription? Is it Office 365 Education or Office 365 Business Standard?

    2.May I know where did you install Office applications? Did you install it from Microsoft 365 home page and then click "Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps"?

    3.What is the name of Office product installed on your laptop? Please open Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program, capture a screenshot of your Office, as shown below.
