SharePoint file move operation failure

Hi,

Hoping someone can assist, I have been migrating files by using the "Move To" operation. During this process I refreshed the browser accidentally and now I cannot see any move operation progress.

In addition, if I try to move files that have not yet been moved, I get an error stating:

"Failed to verify the existence of destination location at [Folder Name] due to error The source folder [Source Folder Name] is already part of another copy/move operation".

    Dear JessG_765,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, you accidently refresh the browser, and now you can't move files that have not yet been moved.

As our community has limited resource, more resources need to be involved on the issue in your environment. I suggest you contact the administrator in your company if you aren’t the administrator and follow the steps in the article to open a ticket, this is a most efficient way to fix the issue in your environment. The engineers in related team have higher permission and more resource than us to help check it from background and collect the log remotely. This is also the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Jazlyn | Microsoft Community Moderator
