How to fix error while saving and error while connecting folder sharepoint in power query?

Question

I'm sorry, I give up. I have been using excel for the past 4 months. It's for enterprise version btw. And they have been error here and there for the last 1.5 months and I can't bear them anymore. They error when I save, they error when I work, they error when I'm using Data Model in Power pivot. It just driving me crazy.
I don't know how many times I have to restart my computer or REDO ALL MY WORK all over again because it's not saving, or have a problem when saving, or the tool is not responding. It's driving me crazy. (yes, I said it twice)

Here is the last error given to me :

"Errors were detected while saving "(*file directory*)". Microsoft Excel may be able to save the file by removing or repairing some features. To make the repairs in a new file, click continue. To cancel saving the file, click cancel. "

And sometimes, the excel cannot open the Data Model in power pivot, or the power pivot ribbon is disappeared all together even though the selection in option have been made. I usually just restart my computer, wait for some minutes, and WA-LA, the power pivot ribbon appeared again, yet, I don't know whats wrong or whats right. And it's painful to do that every now and then.

And sometimes, the excel is error when I open the Data Model in power pivot (not responding or can't even open the Data Model menu when I have click them severely or patiently), I will just restart my laptop away. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's not.

Don't get me wrong, excel is a great tool! But I hope it has less error and my works doing smoothly. I bet you can feel my frustration through the screen. I just cannot fathom what is going on or wrong and what else can be fixed in my computer to lessen the problem. Here are something that I have tried :

1. Always shut down my computer
2. Always update my windows
3. Open just one excel file (and several apps running to support my work, usually a browser, teams, and outlook)
4. Waiting patiently in every error, try to not close if it's not responding except it has been 30 minutes - 1 hour
5. Resting my computer every several hours

the Second problem is, I cannot connect to my source in power query. It happened around after microsoft said they have some updates made days ago, but the error seems like it's not going away on mine. It's fine before. the error :

It will be great if anyone help me with one or both of errors, I desperately need help for both error for my works. I will appreciate them very much. Sorry for ranting my problems while asking for help. May God bless you all <3

If your computer participates in a domain, it is normal that the properties of the Windows Time system service are not modifiable. They would be grayed out by default and the time is synchronized with the domain controller, as required for Kerberos authentication. You should in this case address yourself to the administrator of the domain.

If your computer is not on a domain.

Click Run, then type Regedit.

Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time

Modify the Start dword and change the value to 2.

Restart your computer. While Windows time service is still grey out, we have been able to finally start it.

Now go to Date / Time by right clicking your time on bottom right corner. And then click Adjust date/time. Then set time automatic and time zone automatic.

You may and will then see a spinning blue circle as Windows 10 is using all of your CPU's power to change the time to automatic. Give it some time to complete the operation. It may take up to 5 min. It will in fact finish and your time will now be automatic and working again.

The TLS 1.2 have already enabled in my laptop.

I tried to do the second solution but somehow the buttons are grayed out.

Greetings! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

From the error message, it could be some corruption in workbook. It could be multiple cause of it and it is recommended to recreate that workbook.

Fro the second issue,

1.Try Enable TLS 1.2

2.Try Update PC Time/Date

• Go to the Settings page on your PC and select the Time and Language
• From the Date & timetab, make sure that the Set time automaticallyoption is turned on.
• Click the Sync now
