My bank account has been charged $109, however I do not have any subscriptions and I don't not have any payment details linked to my microsoft account.  Can you please advise why this has happened.

Hi Carole, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and will happily help you to the best of my knowledge.

Please log in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see what are the charge for. If you don't see these purchases under your account, your card may be associated with another account such as a family member.

Please click the link below for the complete guide on how to investigate a charge, you can also use the inbuilt troubleshooter by clicking the Start button.

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

This will help you locate the charges and contact Microsoft Billing Support if needed by scrolling down to the page and selecting Contact Support.

You can also reach out to your bank to dispute it.

I hope this helps. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. I will be more than happy to assist you further.

    Kind Regards Myk
