Hello,

I am being charged a regular monthly charge of AUD$9.02 and I am unable to determine where this charge is from. I have a personal account for 365 but I pay this yearly. I have no idea where this other monthly charge is coming from.

The most recent charge came out on 7 April and the information on my bank was: "Microsoft#g021186180 Msbill.info" prior to that the charge came out on 17 March as: "E0700mrhbq Sydney AU Aus (via Msft) and before that on 07 March as: "Microsoft G020024924 Sydney AU Aus Card"

The charge seems to usually come out on the 17th of every month... and it appears that Microsoft has been taking it for years!!!!

Please can someone help me with this.

Thanks,

Lloyd

    Hi there,

I have the same issue and tried to find where the charge is coming from but I have multiple MS accounts and have checked them all, and none are showing any subscriptions. Mine has been coming out for years too, and I have another charge too. Is there a way to deal with a human being to have them investigate the charges using the credit card debited or the codes we get?

I've tried to resolve this many times in the past 12 months and always end up stonewalled with no subs listed on any account.

    Many thanks.

Hi Lloyd, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and will happily help you to the best of my knowledge.

If you don't see the charge under your account, your card may be associated with another account such as from a family member.

Please click the link below for the complete guide on how to investigate a charge, you can also use the inbuilt troubleshooter by clicking the Start button. This troubleshooter also helps you contact Microsoft support when required. They are the ones who can help find the account associated with the card and charges and process a refund.
