    Hi,

I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Here are a few more suggestions:

    1. Try importing the animation into a newer version of PowerPoint, if possible.
    2. Codecs are software that allow your computer to play media files. You can check which codecs are installed on your computer by following these steps:
    3. Open the Control Panel.
    4. Click on "Programs and Features."
    5. Click on the "Turn Windows features on or off" link on the left side of the window.
    6. Scroll down the list of features and make sure that the "Media Features" option is checked.
    7. You might also try converting the FBX file to a different file format using a free file conversion tool, such as Zamzar or Online Convert.
    8. If the animation plays correctly in another program, it's possible that there is an issue with the way that PowerPoint is handling the file. You might try importing the animation into a blank presentation and see if it plays correctly there.

I hope these suggestions help. If the issue persists, it might be helpful to provide more information about the specific error messages you are seeing and any other details about your setup.

If you have any other questions or need assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm here to help to the best of my ability.

    Hi,

I'm Sneha and I'd be happy to help you out with your question. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your animation to play in PowerPoint. Here are a few things you might try:

    1. Make sure you are using the latest version of PowerPoint.
    2. Check that you have the correct codecs installed on your computer to play the animation.
    3. Try importing the animation into a different file format, such as an MP4 or AVI file.
    4. Make sure that the animation is properly formatted and not corrupt. You can try opening the animation in another program, such as Blender or 3DS Max, to see if it plays correctly there.
    5. Try resetting the PowerPoint program by going to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View, and then unchecking all the options under Protected View.

If you have any other questions or need assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm here to help to the best of my ability.
