Hi. I have a work/school ms account and the only way to login into is by using the authenticator app, no other method. Problem arise when the device with authenticator app in it is having an error and must be factory reset. Now I cannot login into my ms account since it keep asking for my approval through my authenticator app which is no longer available. Setting the new authenticator app in a new device also not possible since it also requires/sking for an approval. What should I do here?

Thanks
