I run Window 10 under 365. My taskbar and screen display in the Microsoft programs such as Word and Outlook changed to light grey and is difficult to read. I have tried setting the display on the home screen.

You can try connecting your device to another monitor or TV and see if the display is still the same

A damaged monitor is definitely a possibility.

Since the Windows taskbar has changed, see if switching to a different Windows Theme will make a difference.

Also/alternatively, you may have to update the video driver for your system.

However, the first thing to check is if you have inadvertently changed the Office Theme (in Word, click File > Options > General).

Thanks for the response. I have tried all of the above. The screen when setting the Office Theme is not readable at all on choice "White". Just visible on Grey and is visible on Black. I am beginning to think it may be the screen.

    Hi Emil

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Sorry for the trouble this might have caused. This should have been posted on the Windows forum. However, please try to update your display driver

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager and select it from the results list.

Select the arrow to expand Display adapters.

Under Display Adapters, right-click the adapter, then select Update. You can also, try to roll back or uninstall it.

Note: You may need to contact your PC or display adapter manufacturer to download the most recent driver for your system.

Should you still have issues, don't hesitate to get in touch with Microsoft technical support

https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?linkquery=Display%20issues Click on contact support at the bottom Choose the product and services related to the issue and also the category Click on Confirm Then click on Chat with a support agent in your web browser

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
