Onenote Sticky notes not syncing

Question

Sticky notes within OneNote will not sync. It just keeps popping you tap here to enter your password, but nothing happens. Tried deleting OneNote and reinstalling but the same issue. It works ok on my iPad

None of these worked on my iPhone and some of the settings don’t exist on the iPhone IOS version

Onedrive and OneNote notebooks are syncing ok just not sticky notes but on every other device they work

Tried all this several times but still not syncing just get the blow prompt and can't open it and it won't sync either to or from it

IOS 16.3.1 did not fix it

Tried everything removed it, checked version and on latest one. Create a note and nothing happened just popped up the sign in notice again. Even totally rest my iphone and the same. But it works on my iPad ok so it’s not my Microsoft account
