Additional Form Settings Not Available.

I've created multiple forms and cannot establish notifications when the form has been completed. I've seen other community posts where there is another section under "Options for Responses" that allows the form creator to receive an email notice every time the form is completed.

However, this feature is not visible on my screen. My agency should have a business version of Office 365 but not sure what features are limited.

    Dear Nicole_DACS

Thank you for your quick response and we also appreciate you spent your precious time doing the tests and providing the detailed information to us.

Per your update, this behavior happened in all users with different Forms in your organization even you have the Microsoft Froms Plan E3.

Given this situation, to see if this behavior is related to your local environment or your tenant account. We recommend you directly contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > New service request. The support team over there has the correct escalation channel with higher permission than us, they can involve more resource and investigate the behavior from back end as fast as possible. They also can check the behavior on your computer remotely. For reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs

About how to find the admin in your organization, you can refer to How do I find my Office 365 admin

Really appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope your query can be solved as soon as possible.

    Sincerely,

    Stacey | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi Stacey,

Thank you. Yes, it is the same for others. Our Microsoft forms setting says Microsoft Forms for Government (Plan E3).

Is it likely that this is why the Response receipts is not available?
