Volume Trend Analysis

I need to make a Volume Trend Analysis for Call Volume in a call center. I have 2019-2022 Monthly & Annual volume. I also need to factor in a 1% increase over previous year and a 5% decreese for IVR calls starting July 2023. I was able to use SUM function for the annual call volume for 2019-2022 and was working on using FORCAST.ETS but I keep getting the #VALUE! error. I still have no idea how to factor in the percentage decrease and increase either. HELP!!!

    A4:A7 should be date in cell.

    Also with A9

    I put the formula in correctly and its still giving the VALUE error.

    =FORECAST.ETS(A8,B4:B7,A4:A7)

    A4:A8 is date ,B4:b7 is the history. Then B8 is the formula. Feel free to share any update.
