While utilizing Google Chrome, I cannot add members into groups.

Question

I am a technician at a university, and I am working on a computer. While signed into Outlook on Google Chrome, she cannot add members to a group that she manages. When we go to another browser and outlook, she has the ability to perform the task. Due to other factors she has a high preference of only using Google Chrome.

The message that is received is, something is not right.

We went ahead and tried this and for time range did all time. This did not work for us and we also tried incognito. Would you have another option?

I understand user cannot add members to a group she manages only when she is using Google Chrome. Since it is working with different browsers this could be browser cache issue. To help us to narrow down this issue kindly open the browser in incognito/private mode and check if she can add members without getting an error. Also, kindly clear cache from the Chrome browser:

1. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome, then select Settingsfrom the drop-down menu.
2. Under Privacy and security, select Clear browsing data.
3. Choose a Time range.
4. Select which data you want to delete, then select Clear data.
