I understand user cannot add members to a group she manages only when she is using Google Chrome. Since it is working with different browsers this could be browser cache issue. To help us to narrow down this issue kindly open the browser in incognito/private mode and check if she can add members without getting an error. Also, kindly clear cache from the Chrome browser:
- Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome, then select Settingsfrom the drop-down menu.
- Under Privacy and security, select Clear browsing data.
- Choose a Time range.
- Select which data you want to delete, then select Clear data.
