Visio 2013 PRO : Problem importing data from Excel

I have recently purchased the Visio 2013 PRO version to be able to import data from Excel.

I have created a simple workbook with 1 worksheet and 1 table with data.

I press "Link data to shapes", Specify that I want to use Excel. I select the file and get the Data selector:

After a short wile I get a message "Program do not respond" and VISIO shuts down completely.

Is there any restrictions in the format of Excel or what could the season be.

I am sure that the Excel file is not corrupted.

    Thanks for answer.

I work in a large enterprise and we are using Office 365. I assume the last version.

The funny thing is that when I use Visio to open the same excel file with Add On - Maps and floor plans - Import data, then it works, But the import wizzard and link data to shapes do not work.

So the file work with the wizzard for floor plans. Why does it not work with the database import?

I do not think i can repair anything as only our IT dept have Admin rights.
