Hello, Jaywhat.
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
From the description you have provided you're having trouble with the ChatGPT add-in in Excel.
If you have already deleted the ChatGPT account and API key, but the add-in is still connecting successfully, it's possible that the API key is still stored in your computer's registry.
To delete the API key, you can try the following steps:
- Open the Registry Editor by pressing the Windows key + R, typing "regedit" in the Run dialog box, and pressing Enter.
- Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\ChatGPT
- Right-click on the ChatGPT key and select "Delete".
- Close the Registry Editor and restart Excel.
This should remove the API key from your computer and prevent the add-in from connecting to ChatGPT. If you're not comfortable with editing the registry, you may want to contact Microsoft representative via phone or chat for help.
