Does anyone know how to insert a hyperlink within a Form?

I'm trying to insert an external link to our privacy policy for a tradeshow lead gathering form. When I copy and paste the link, it doesn't function as a hyperlink, only as plain text.

    Per the description shared, I understand your requirement and sorry to convey that Hyperlink function is not available in the Microsoft Forms currently, where you need to place the link as text.
