Dear Nyman Sayeef,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "SPF lookup Failed".
SPF lookup failure occurs when the SPF record of the sender's domain does not include the IP address of the sending server. In your case, the SPF record of the hostpoint domain does not include the IP address 216.24.47.131, which is the IP address of the sending server. This means that the receiving server cannot verify that the email is coming from a trusted source, and therefore, the SPF check fails.
To resolve this issue, the sender's domain administrator needs to update their SPF record to include the IP address of the sending server. Once the SPF record is updated, the receiving server will be able to verify that the email is coming from a trusted source, and the SPF check will pass.
Moreover, I suggest checking if you have many DNS lookups in your SPF record as the maximum should be 10. If the issue persists, please provide more details of the error message so we can further assist you.
I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong. Glad to assist you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks for your precious time!
Sincerely,
De Paul| Microsoft Community Moderator
