Hello Team,
I wanted to request your help me asap as I had lost current mobile handset (OnePlus ) yesterday and purchased new Samsung Fold today and was installing Work apps such as Outlook , Teams, Company Intune etc. Somehow it says Device not healthy ( attached error screenshot) when I try to access any of out corporate apps. It is critical for me to have access to work apps and request you to assist accordingly.

Your company has implemented what we call Mobile Device management policies.
This means that the company has decided that only mobile device that meets certain criteria are allowed to connect the companies network.
This is for safeguarding the company network from being accessed by a user's phone that it deems unsafe by the Play Integrity API issued by Google.
From the error message, it appears that Microsoft Intune has detected something wrong with your phone's software. It thinks the software has been modified either by an app, or by sideloading apps via APK.

If you have sideloaded apps via APK, you may need to factory reset and re-enroll.
Thanks Mia!

Dear respected Krishnaswamy Subramanian,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. The error message you're seeing indicates that your new Samsung Fold device is not compliant with your company's security policies. The most possible reason is that as the company has turned on the security settings that will not allow users to sign in work account on unauthentic devices.
To resolve this issue, I recommend that you contact your company's IT department or help desk. They will be able to assist you in ensuring that your device meets the necessary security requirements by adding it into verified record and be compliant with your company's policies. They may also need to reconfigure your device settings or install additional security software to ensure that your device is secure and compliant.
Please note that as a Microsoft customer support agent, I am unable to access your company's security policies or provide specific guidance on how to resolve this issue as this really depends on how the organization has built the rules. However, your company's IT department should be able to provide you with the necessary support and guidance to get your device up and running as quickly as possible.
