I have been attempting to get ahold of a support technician for the last several days to assist with activation. I'm getting error code 43881. I'm currently on hold and have been waiting patiently for 2 hours and 41 minutes and counting.
The automated woman comes on, in between music and says "you can contact a support engineer faster, log in into the portal.office.com, need help." When I click on for support, it shows another number to call. I call the number listed, 1-800-636-7914 and I get an automated response of "the microsoft number is no longer in service". Why continue to post a number that is not in service.
I recently created a new account and having issues with activation. If this can't get resolved, then I will need to find another service provider to handle business emails, such as Google.
