    Hi Rainbow,

    My name is Utkarsh, and I'm happy to help you in the best way I can. I am a user like you, this is a user forum and not Microsoft directly.

    I, too, was told of this issue when my friend and I were trying to communicate via mail this morning. We have spoken with support, and they say their engineers are working on it.

    I do hope this clears soon, I just want to let you know that you are not alone on this and the issue has been raised with Microsoft.

    If I get feedback I will share it with you, if you get one please do kindly share it with me also
