Text emphasis/font size

Question

Hi,

We are using SWAY to send out newsletters (for the first time). We would like to have the "introduction" paragraph or the first paragraph text to be a bit bigger than the rest of the writing/text cards. There are only 2 options to do it whether to choose "Subtle" or "moderate" emphasis. The moderate option looks a bit far too big and would be good to have something in between. Would there be coming such an extra feature where you can choose the font size separately for the Heading and text cards?

Another question: would it be possible to add a background picture to every single card separately? Or if you choose one design it goes for the whole document?

Hopefully one day there would be more possibilities to play around with the design and have a wider e.g. font /background options.

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Regarding your first question, currently, Microsoft Sway offers options when it comes to choosing the font as well as the size. However, the options are limited to "Subtle" and "Moderate" emphasis. As of my knowledge up to 2021, there isn't a feature where you can choose the font size separately for the Heading and text cards. Any updates or new features would be announced by Microsoft.

As for your second question, the background is solely determined by your design/layout choice and cannot be customized. This means that if you choose one design, it applies to the whole document. However, you can change the background image of a title card.
