Hi Brian J Davies
Thanks for getting back. I apologize for the late response.
If that's the case, you may try these steps below:
- Open OneNote Desktop on your Windows 11 computer.
- Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "OneNote Options" window, click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Display" section and check the box next to "Automatically switch to full page view".
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
With this setting enabled, OneNote will automatically switch to full page view, which displays your notes at page width, whenever you open a new page or section.
Sincerely,

Thanks. However, in M365 OneNote Desktop There is no Display section in Options/ Advanced. The Options/ Display section does not show a "Automatically switch to full page view" checkbox. I can't see it anywhere else either.
