    Hello Cierra,

I sincerely appreciate you for responding to us back.

To further troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend in trying the following steps:

    1. Open the PowerPoint presentation on your iPad.
    2. Tap on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
    3. Tap on "Print" in the left-hand menu.
    4. In the "Print" menu, select "Print Layout" and choose "Notes Pages" from the drop-down menu.
    5. Tap on "Print" in the top right corner of the screen.

If you’re trying to print multiple slides with notes next to each slide and the print settings are not showing up, it could be due to a limitation of the PowerPoint for iPad app. The app may not support all the features available in the desktop version of PowerPoint however since you have confirmed it to be working before a PowerPoint update, please connect with our live support techs by following:

    • Go to Contact - Microsoft Support
    • From description box, type PowerPoint and click Get Help
    • Scroll down and press Contact Support
    • Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as product
    • Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or Call support
    • Click Confirm

I trust that the information I have shared will be useful for you.

    Yours truly,

It worked before the new update by PowerPoint. The options eliminated 3 pages to a slide completely, I am only able to do so on my MacBook then airdrop to my iPad. I have just been using Keynotes instead. I restarted my iPad and checked for updates

Thank you for writing us here in Microsoft Community!

As per your shared post, I've learned that you are facing problem with print settings when switching your multiple PowerPoint slides into one slide. If my summary is correct, please consider in answering the following questions for us to guide you accordingly in fixing the problem:

    • Was this working before? If yes, what recent changes has been made on your iPad device before the problem started?
    • Can you try using PowerPoint on a different iPad if possible, to check if the same problem would occur? For same problem, the issue could be a natural functionality of PowerPoint and you may need to raise feedback to our development team to implement it on the next updates: How do I give feedback on Microsoft 365? - Microsoft Support
    • Does the problem occur to one PowerPoint file only or does it happen to all PowerPoint files?
    • Can you upload a screenshot of the problem here for us to have a bigger picture of the problem? Please make sure to hide personal information from the screenshot.

While waiting for you to answer the questions above, please try the following steps to see if it will help to fix the problem:

    • Update the iOS of your iPad
    • Uninstall PowerPoint application, Restart iPad and Reinstall PowerPoint application from Apple store Steps: To uninstall office on iPad, press and hold on the Office App icons until they start to shake, then tap on the (x) in the corner to delete them. If you see no (x), make sure "Delete Apps" is not restricted under Settings->General->Restrictions. (**Note:**Before uninstalling create a backup of your files)
