OneNote - Transcribe issue

I want to use Transcribe in OneNote and although the meeting was recorded, it wasn't transcribed. When I select 'Add to page' and 'Just Text', I get Transcript

undefined undefined. Again, the I can hear the recording, but there is no accompanying transcription of the meeting.

    You could try to repair your OneNote app.

    Repair an Office application - Office Support

    As a workaround, you could use record directly in Word instead of in OneNote.
